WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
Together with the rest of your team you will assemble terminal tractors which are used worldwide in ports, distribution centres and industrial sites. Key steps of the assembly process:
- Fitting electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to the chassis
- Fitting the engine and axles
- Fitting the cab
After assembly the vehicle is carefully inspected.
You have completed a mid-level (e.g. Dutch MBO) course in automotive engineering or a related subject (e.g. mechatronics). You will be dealing with all functions of the vehicles so you need a general understanding of automotive engineering. You are a team worker, able to work accurately, and quality-focussed. You have a positive attitude and, if necessary, you are prepared to work overtime.
Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 16:30, and Friday 7:30 – 12:45.
