Service Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a Service Administrator at our Warrington site reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader.
 
The purpose of this role is to assist with the day to day activities within the department and to help the service team maximise customer service levels.
 
The ideal candidate must have proven customer service, call handling and office administration experience and be computer literate.
 
Applicants should have a Maths and English GCSE, grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification and will ideally be working towards a business qualification.
 
Candidates must have excellent customer service, administration and communication skills.  They should also be a good communicator and a team player with an approachable manner.
 
Willingness to learn new skills, work in a team environment and work on a rota basis are all essential requirements of the role.
