Contracts Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a Contracts Administrator based at our Hillingdon Site

The purpose of this role is to provide support with business administration, to control all documentation required for the workshop function and ISO, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and general office duties.

The successful candidate will have previous administration and clerical experience with the knowledge of parts ordering/booking in being advantageous. They will also have experience of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and hold a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English. 

Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner.

They must be able to analyse work to ensure correct presentation and be able to work as a team member in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.

The successful candidate must also be able to show a good level of accuracy in the duties performed.

Candidates should be flexible and be prepared to work additional hours when required such as month end and stocktaking.
